This week we have partnered up with exciting health and wellbeing experts Bouncetogether. Mental wellbeing is of particular importance to children and young people as it is thought to influence the way in which an individual copes with key life events such as stress, trauma and physical ill-health. It is proven that children with higher levels of emotional, behavioural, social and school wellbeing, on average have higher levels of academic achievement and are more engaged in their learning. This aside, the evidence shows that happier people not only perform better in school but that they

As a community, they urgently wanted to work together to address this lack of skills, education, and knowledge. We helped them attain funding towards runninc courses and equipment to facilitate this. Want us to help

Easingwold cricket club

We love feedback here at GD Funding!  Ian from Easingwold cricket club dropped us a line with a lovely testimonial earlier this week and said the following about our service that the club helped attain funding towards  improving the recreational facilities at the club. Brunel Nursery – Blackburn

We worked with Brunel Nursery to help attain some funding towords a new EYFS area for the children. Outdoor EYFS projects help growing children develop gross motor skils, coordination and overall physical development. Children who learn to play outdoors are much more likely to continue to enjoy outdoor activities such as walking, running and cycling as they get older. Given the number of gadgets and new technology available to us all, outdoor play is an extremely important factor in combatting an increasingly sedentary lifestyle.
