Stress……. it’s possible one of the most used words in the English language !

But What does it ?

We all know what it’s like to feel stressed – being under pressure is a normal part of life. But becoming overwhelmed by stress can lead to mental health problems or make existing problems worse.

With the year we have all had so far it will have taken its toll on each and everyone of us, it’s important to be kind to ourselves and each other!
